Psychologist for BUP in Kalmar County

With us, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team where you have the opportunity to help develop child psychiatry in Kalmar County.

Follow-up, quality, and patient safety are prioritized areas in the operation.

As a psychologist at our clinic, you will be offered a varied job that includes treatment, assessment, and investigation of children and adolescents. About You

We are looking for a licensed psychologist with an interest in psychiatry. Experience in child psychiatric work is an advantage.

You are an engaged person with a strong interest in development and learning. You see the value of good collaboration and enjoy sharing and receiving new knowledge and experiences. Your commitment and attitude contribute to a good work climate where we all help each other and collaborate to achieve the best treatment quality for our patients.

We place great importance on collaboration skills and personal suitability.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.

Your Future Workplace

BUP consists of outpatient clinics in Västervik, Kalmar, and Oskarshamn, as well as our inpatient care and emergency department located in Kalmar. You can find the eating disorder units' clinics in Kalmar and Västervik. At the clinic in Västervik, we have about 30 employees who meet approximately 1200 children, adolescents, and their families each year. The clinic is centrally located within walking distance to bus and train connections.

We are part of the psychiatric administration in Region Kalmar County. Within the administration, a total of 600 employees work with specialized psychiatric care for adults, children, and adolescents, forensic psychiatric care, and rehabilitation care. We work based on the vision: A cutting-edge specialist psychiatry.
